iLead is a transformative youth leadership program by the Maxwell Leadership Foundation. Maxwell produced a three-level youth values-based leadership program; iChoose, iDo and iLead.

Do your students need help connecting with one another or finding their voice? iLead’s peer-to-peer process provides an environment for students to develop authentic relationships while being intentional to learn and live good leadership values.
Click the “Register / Get started” . To register your a school or a community youth group and fill in the details. Once you have completed the registration process, you will receive an email providing you with the next steps where and when to have access to the iLead program!
The iLead Program is aimed at young people, especially Senior 1 and 2 students, but it's open to any youth group in the community that can meet regularly like once a week. Commitment to the full process is what matters most—not age.
iLead is the title of the values-based leadership content provided through the Maxwell Leadership Foundation. The first 16 values are grouped together to form iChoose. iDo is the next grouping of 16 values with a focus on action. The final grouping of values is called iLead. These three volumes represent the entire content of iLead.
Because values form the foundation of effective leadership, leaders who live by strong values gain trust, inspire others, and make lasting impact.
According to John C. Maxwell, The 5 levels are: Position, Permission, Production, People Development, and Pinnacle. The iLead program focuses on moving beyond positional leadership to values-based influence, especially levels 2 and 3 (Permission and Production).
Good questions lead to better thinking, clearer direction, and informed decisions, which shape effective leadership.
