The iLead program is a youth leadership development initiative conceived by John C. Maxwell, the world’s most celebrated leadership guru. Developed after over 40 years of working with leaders globally, iLead equips young people with leadership skills through practical, values-based lessons.
The program is structured in three progressive phases:
Each phase contains 16 lessons each to be conducted weekly, designed for small group settings called Round-Table Conversations.
